Linking: To Follow or No Follow?
Both of these topics can really hold you back from seeing success online if you're not careful. My goal this year is to help you see RESULTS. And of course, I DO Have an objective with that goal:

It's hard to believe we're in the last week of January already. It seems like just yesterday we were kicking off the New Year, doesn't it? I've been super busy closing down special offers, updating sales copy, and working with people to kick-start their 2014 goals.

TOO busy is a GOOD thing! Unless of course you're just "busy" and not actually productive. lol. I know we all feel like "there's too much to do, and not enough time!" -but that boils down to deciding your priorities and ignoring everything else to the point of completion.
