"Change as a choice" (Why wait?!)

My last email ("I don't want to live my life anymore") upset a few people. It caused quite a stir at least. I have an update for you on that, a Part Two if you will, that I think you'll find really interesting. What I'm reading (above): Breaking The Habit of Being Yourself by Dr Joe Dispenza - author of the bestselling Evolve Your Brain: The Science of Changing Your Mind.

I highly recommend both books 👍 especially if you're into self improvement or geek out on things like neuroscience and quantum physics - and love the idea of combining science with ancient wisdom to create the life you want. 😉

What I love most is his practical explanation and practical application of simple methods that WORK to totally turn your life around.
