As promised in yesterday's email, I have some tips today that you can apply to your online business immediately that will make a HUGE difference in your results. 

 

No matter where you are in your business (just getting started, already earning a full time income online, etc) there is ALWAYS room for improvement and growth. And these tips apply to everyone...

 

1. Know your objective. And not just in terms of how much money you want to earn or how successful you want to be - but a true Business Objective. Which market are you going to serve, and how can you best serve that market?

 

Having this very clearly in mind will help you keep your message consistent, and relevant to your market and purpose, which will attract the ideal visitors and clients/buyers to your business. 

 

2. Spend less time consuming content, and more time creating content. Content Marketing is key to your business, and to the exposure you need to succeed in your niche.

 

A good personal policy to adopt is a 3:1 ratio. For every three blog posts you read, write one. For every three Facebook updates you read, post one to your Page. For every three emails you read, send one. Etc. 

 

It doesn't have to be quite that strict, but definitely consider how you are spending your time online, and ways you could make better use of that time.

 

3. Social Media is a great way to connect with brands, influencers, market leaders, retailers and bloggers in your niche. In addition to connecting with your target market, connect with those also serving your market. 

 

Look for ways you can get in front of these people, mutually beneficial ways you can serve your market together, and profitable partnership opportunities.
