I came across this really cool wordpress plugin that allows you to add free live chat support software to your site/blog, allowing you to interact with your visitors.

This is a great way to engage with your visitors, and get valuable feedback from them at the same time!

It’s free to use, and easy to install & set up. They do have upgrade options with more features, and those accounts are free to try. If you’ve ever wondered what your visitors are thinking while on your site, this is your chance to find out!

You have two options: You can visit the website, or you can find the plugin on the WordPress.org site at Acobot WordPress Plugin.

You can present any question you like on the Acobot popup, and then you can train it to respond for you when visitors type something into the box…

You might use it to ask your visitors questions like:

• Did you find what you were looking for?
• Have Questions? Submit Them Here:
• Have Suggestions? We’re All Ears!
• What Can I Help You With?
• What is Your Biggest Question About XYZ?

Obviously you would tailor the question it asks to your website or blog, and specifically to your target market. The coolest part is, you get to review this chat log and get an idea what your visitors are thinking or what they most want.

This gives you the opportunity to constantly improve your site or content based on personal feedback from your target market!
